"Elastic is such an amazing place to work. Elastic is very high growth company but the culture at Elastic remains extremely humble. Elastic truly values employees' well-being and happiness by going above and beyond with flexible work arrangements and time-off. They really believe in always doing the right thing for employees and value us as human beings first, employees second."

"To me Elastic has been an ideal place to work as a woman. The company has been a remote first, global company from the beginning so you not only have a tremendous amount of flexibility to craft your day in a way that suits you and your families needs, you also don't feel alone or left out as a remote worker. There are many ways to feel connect or get involved with specific resource groups like 'Mamas and Pre-mamas" or "Women of Elastic" slack channels. I found the health benefits to be exceptional, especially for families. The culture is open and supportive. They care deeply about making Elastic feel inclusive to everyone. Elastic is also small enough where you feel you can make an impact and get involved in really meaningful, interesting projects. I could not be happier!
