"Elastic is a wonderful place to work! Elastic has made my transition into being a working mother seamless. The culture is incredible - The leadership here truly believes in work life balance and putting family first. I can't think of a single way I could have been supported better during my pregnancy, maternity leave and return to work. I am very fortunate to be a proud Elastician! "

"Many companies pay lip service to equality and diversity, but few truly embrace that as part of their culture. Elastic is truly the exception. I've never felt more supported as a woman in all aspects. As a working mom of 2 young kids, especially during these trying Covid times, I feel I have the flexibility to tend to family needs as needed, and I can do that openly. There's also a great community of women at Elastic who support each other, and an openness from senior management and HR to discuss issues, address any concerns, and ensure equality is part of our daily lives. I wholeheartedly recommend Elastic to any women looking for a place to thrive."

"The company has incredibly good intentions in continuing to make the experience for women the best it can be. While I notice I'm still sometimes the only woman in the room (or one of a few), I always feel listened to and like an important contributing member of the team."

"It's a place where you can come as you are, and almost all teams will make you feel very comfortable and at home. It's the best place I've worked as a woman in IT in my 20 years in the tech field. My current teams makes me feel respected, I have a voice there, and my teammates and managers are the best. I would totally recommend Elastic and my team."

"I love working at Elastic. The company has a wide range of programs, forums, and initiatives that celebrate and support women at Elastic, and they care about ensuring compensation equity and fairness in opportunities. Workplace culture also recognizes that work is just another dimension of life, making it easier to get your work in AND take care of family and personal stuff without the guilt you get in other places. Highly recommended. "

"Parental leave varies by location, however it's a very generous policy in all locations. Parental leave is given to BOTH men and women, for birth or adoption. You don't need to take the whole block at once - in some places, you have a large pool of hours you can use as you wish over several years, to support kids in school, to attend child-related events and meetings, etc. Elastic is very flexible in ensuring you have the time you need to take care of your family. The men in the company always express gratitude for the liberal amount of time granted them to bond with new babies or children and to support family needs during the life change."
