"I am a recent hire at Elastic and it's been a great experience so far. It really feels like diversity and equality are a big priority here. Little things like making a point to ask what employees' pronouns are make a big difference. I've worked at other tech companies where I was one of only a few women working on the technology side, but Elastic feels totally different. Work/life balance is truly valued here!"

"When I joined Elastic I noticed that were already a lot of women on the company. Women are also equally represented in leadership positions, which made me feel very comfortable. Being in that kind of environment meant that I could pursue a career within the company.
The company culture at Elastic is supportive and celebrates that we all have different backgrounds."

"I love working for this company. Leadership is actively engaging us on their plan to hire more diversely and we've had several open conversations about how we can improve from the ground up, how gender discrimination can appear in many forms, and how we all can take part in preventing it.
One of the main reasons I joined Elastic was its commitment to helping various causes and creating an open and inclusive atmosphere. I take weekly paid volunteer time to work at a local shelter, and I frequently participate in our Elastic Cares series where we get to talk with experts on various social issues. Elastic constantly is working to make itself a socially conscious company.
For my role/team the time is very flexible. It is a global company but that does not mean you are expected to be online at all hours. If you want family time, that comes first and no one will make you feel wrong for that since you're probably in meetings with 3 different timezones minimum! Elastic trusts us to do our work, make the meetings we can, and watch the recorded meetings we can't."

"They are always there to help me improve in my work and grow my career, not just for Elastic. As a quieter, and less senior teammate, they're always there to encourage me to speak and make room for my voice when I have something to say. "

"What's not to love about Elastic? Amazing and diverse leadership across the whole company, mature and measured company values, innovative technology, tons of room to grow and multiple promotion paths, distributed by design, undoubtedly amazing work-life balance, and excellent compensation. It doesn't matter your level or role, at Elastic you are valued and respected. Absolutely amazing company! "
