"Elastic has a culture like no other company! Leadership doesn't do things just because it's the "buzz" of what other companies are doing. Elastic makes company wide impactful decisions because it's the right thing to do, often times, years ahead of where other companies are at. Everyone is supportive, empathetic and respectful of your ideas and you as a person. Most people play many different roles outside of work (as a parent, caregiver, volunteer, etc) and not only is that supported, but it's promoted! You are able take whatever time you need each day, week, month or year to focus on what's important to you so you can be the best you can both outside and inside of work. There truly is no better place to work (coming from someone who has worked for many large and small companies). "

"We have a dedicated slack channel #womenofelastic, which has been a great place for me to vent about all sorts of things from work stress, family stress, covid stress, everything! We even have Women of Elastic T-shirts :)"

"Time spent with customers are scheduled, so one couldn't just push that into the evening, for example. But I do get a say in what days/times I'm available before they're scheduled."
