"On the measure, Elastic gets it right. There's a focus on recruitment and the groundwork is being built to ensure even stronger recruitment for women and non-binary employees. When challenges do arise, Elastic addresses them head on and with a great deal of transparency. Getting more women and non-binary employees in leadership roles needs to be a focus but I can see the results of the efforts.
The flexibility is amazing even though things are not exactly normal with a global pandemic. It truly feels family first and I know that if I need to deal with life stuff (sick kid, doctors appointments, etc) that I'll be supported in that."

"Parental leave is just that, parental, not maternity or paternity. The baseline is 16 weeks paid but globally that can be more depending on the country. It's pretty awesome for dads too since many countries don't support this kind of paid leave."

"Elastic is my first full time job out of college, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I feel so supported and encouraged each and every day. I'm proud to work in an environment where it's recognized that women are the minority (across tech and sales), and there are people working each and every day to change that within our culture. I would absolutely recommend Elastic to anyone. "

"Elastic is an amazing place to work. Of course, no company is ever perfect, but the great thing about Elastic is that we're always striving to do better. There is an enormous amount of flexibility offered to employees here and the culture is welcoming and inclusive. The benefits are through-the-roof amazing. "
