"Find mentorship and give it! Your knowledge, from both personal and professional experience, is actually wanted here. Speak up with your ideas! I know a lot of us women have experienced our ideas being shut down or taken by others in the past, but here, I truly have found that people WANT you to have the space to launch new projects, create teams, etc. "
