"The company is big, exciting, and competitive, but also has heart. We are incredibly female-centric and have many leading policies & benefits in place to support any kind of family situation and life stage, while being successful at work. Who you work for & the relationship you cultivate with your manager is key since they will manage the team differently and provide support/aircover when you need it."

"ELC is incredibly people oriented and does offer tremendous flexibility & support for whatever someone needs to deal with in work and life. Your relationship with your manager is key to better work/life balance, and with consistent & excellent delivery, I've had no problem leveraging the flexibility I need to care for other things."

"We all have kids and lives outside of work, and leadership understands that. Our team has the autonomy to make our own schedules, get our work done with a flexible hybrid working model, all while getting to collaborate with and learn from some of the best in this industry."
