"Paid Parental Leave needs improvement in the United States. 5 years ago it was only 1 week and now it’s still behind the benchmark at 8 weeks."

"Equinix offers a compassionate workplace. It's not perfect, of course, as there seems to be a lack of standardization across ways of working. That said, it's pretty magical and I'm beginning to wonder if it's the general sense of accountability that I see among employees that sustains the organization."
