"This is my 4th year at Equinix and I really am happy. Like any company, there have been some less satisfying times but I've found a role and team now that is a great fit. I like the people at Equinix. It's a mid-sized company so I feel like get to know a lot of people at different levels.. My job is engaging and because the company is growing fast, I'm constantly scaling what I do, exploring new things and building out new programs. I'm very excited about our new "ish" CEO Charles Meyers. He is leading our business to grow and scale for continued success. And he's true and committed to driving our diversity and inclusion philosophy as a company. As in most tech companies you team as a lot to do with your satisfaction. I also really enjoy the EWLN -women's network - we do a lot of programs via zoom so I meet interesting women all over the country. "
