"Inclusive and diverse culture is a huge plus. Workload can be stressful but total compensation is higher than most other companies for comparable roles. "

"The people overall are amazing on a global level. You will create friendships all over the world. There is a Women's ERG group that puts on great events. Equinix is very fast paced and if you are in a global role that can be hard to adjust to and finding work/life balance especially with the demand of calls and feeling like it's expected to always being on video. "

"A global company that comes with conference call fatigue. Conference calls at all hours of the day (5 am up to 11 pm) if you are in a Global role. There seem to be no boundaries but rather an expectation of being on calls regardless of your time zone if you want a seat at the table. Really hard place to be in as a working mom who is juggling family and kids. "

"In a male dominated industry, Equinix goes the extra mile to being as inclusive as possible. There are internal workshops and trainings and many programs to keep awareness of inclusion top of mind."
