"The company understands and celebrates family and life balance. On a biweekly basis we have calls to bring to light that we are all juggling life in addition to work and that we should make family first. The executives here care and the company has the right vision for success. I feel that women are treated equally here and no one has ever said a negative thing about having three kids show up on zoom calls. Most people want to say hi to the kids. It's an amazing place to be."

"Equinix's forward looking movement towards intersectional equality is demonstrated in their messaging, but also in their actions. Changing the structural inequities takes time, but Equinix has been striving towards diversity, inclusion, and belonging for quite some time, and there is evidence everywhere."
