"Our leadership believes in women leaders, and does a fantastic job with inclusion not only for women, but for all diversity, inclusion and belonging. They promote "I'm safe, I belong, and I matter" and the support behind it all is like nothing I have every experienced. This company doesn't just post a motto on the wall, this company actually lives the culture and values that they promote! The Magic of Equinix is the real thing!"
