      "Positives: Good health insurance. 16-18w maternity leave. Good mothers' rooms in new office (old office is awful). Small amount of IVF benefit-- enough to cover one retrieval and one transfer only, doesn't cover Rx. Negatives: A whole lot of talk, but not very much follow through. Few women in leadership-- total boys' club. Men continue to be promoted into positions that I'm not sure they are good for. Very little actual sponsorship of women. Most social events outside regular hours-- so very little networking time during hours that are covered by day care. Managers have no training on how to ramp women coming back from maternity leave. Terrible hours expected. Very meeting heavy so you have to be on calls with other time zones ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY. No on site childcare. "
