"Research and negotiate your beginning salary. The worst case scenario is that they say no. This goes for any employer. It is difficult to catch up after you get the job. "

"If you are working mother there is a lot of flexibility. However, the paid maternity leave benefits are not very good. Its disappointing as it is a European company."
