"Very sexist company, in many sorts of ways. Men, in higher up positions, definitely talk down to, and treat women as if they don't understand anything pertaining to cars, oil, gasoline, engine mechanics, EPA regulations, or anything regarding the automobile industry. On the same note, women, in higher up and advanced management positions, assert their authority with animosity, negativity, bullying, and fear mongering. Their snyde and snobbish attitudes create a very hostile and combative environment. The malicious and vindictive attitudes of superior employees who are supposed to be inspiring and encouraging newcomers to want to advance within the company, is so shocking and off putting at times I can only describe it as disgusting. Considering the past discretions and negative history of this company, I was so dissapointed how stingy, uncaring, and disposable they treat their employees, I would never recommend them for a job, even if temporarily, to anyone that I even remotely care about.
