"If you are an Engineer this could be a great company for you to work for. I have personally struggled due to entering the company as an entry level employee and have not received career guidance with my aspirations of moving up in the company. There’s a great deal of red tape at this company and a good old boys club does still exist to this day in the Oil & Gas industry."

"Don't be afraid to be bold. Ask for stretch positions and for timing of next promotion / raise. Every time I was nervous to ask tough questions of management, they were well received / I didn't need to be nervous!"

"If you're part of the chosen ones, you won't have to worry about reaching your potential and be successful, however be ready to spend lots of time at work with little to no work/life balance. No much support for the rest of the female population (either from female or male colleagues)."

"It really depends on who you work for, but in Finance in general there isn't much flexibility. There's a fear from mgrs and supvs to make decisions about flexible time that may ultimately impact their own performance evaluation."
