"Consider the department carefully. Talk to others inn that group if you can. Don't assume a female manager means you will not be subjected to extreme sexism."

"In Professional Services and in some other areas of the company many promotions are given because the person is liked or will never challenge policies or actions. This leads to weak leadership and a lack of support for employees. Those managers who do stand up for their team are often then blocked from promotion."

"Women are treated equally, and have equal opportunity. That said, wouldn't describe the company as taking an outwardly active approach to advancing & supporting women in the workplace. Company is <1000 employees, so that type of structured programming isn't something I'd expect."

"FinancialForce ES is very supportive, different areas of the business have different tolerance towards family. FinancialForce has a very young employee base and therefore these considerations are an exception."
