"Get ready to take a step backward in time. Top executives are bullies but the stock is doing well so there is no accountability. Women carry heavy workloads but aren't in the club. Women at the top don't help others, it's not savvy to state the obvious or point to employee survey data that indicates a need to change. The men pay each other well, incompetence abounds. Smart people leave."
