The HR department leaves much to be desired, as does the advancement system. I, personally, was not comfortable with a lot of the practices and policies in place, but I have met other women who work here that have a difference of opinion.

My managers and coworkers are very respectful of me. However it’s a little lonely, being the only female in the sales department. I feel somewhat disconnected from my coworkers at times.
