"I feel comfortable and confident to put my family first. If I need to take my kiddo to an appointment, drive somewhere in the middle of the day or need a break it is all supported and not micromanaged. The work is fulfilling and I am able to bring in new projects and work. "

"FTI has provide so much flexibility for me as a mother and working from home. I am able to put my kiddo first without the fear or sense that it will affect my year end review. My director is also a woman so it is amazing to be able to look up and see someone like me in a leadership position. "
