"Great company to work for in terms of equality and inclusion for women. DEI culture is advancing to include more diversity in leadership positions. Pleasantly surprised at how many "more mature" women work for this company (being one of those myself). Yes, they like hiring straight out of college, but also don't back away from hiring older workers. "

"The culture at FTI is outstanding! I came from a non-traditional background and have been so impressed with how the values and culture on the website match the actual experience with the people working here. It isn't just fluff on the site...they live their values here. "
