"I have been with FTI Consulting for about 5 months now. I work fully remote and was concerned this might negatively impact my relationships with other team members, but that has not been the case. I have been fully supported by not only my direct team members, but also higher level managers. I view the overall company culture as diverse, welcoming, supportive, and talented. I feel FTI sincerely cares about my time, family, health, and overall plan for success. I have never been this happy with an employer in the past and I am proud to be a part of this team! "
