"The company is still run like it's 1985. Management is, for the most part, a boys' club, and they don't seem to care to try and improve things or diversify the workforce. The very, VERY few women who are in management are abusive and do not support or advocate for other women. You will be overworked to the point of burnout and severely underpaid. The job itself is stressful, as expectations and workloads are unreasonable. There is absolutely no room for advancement, and raises are hardly ever given. Benefits are very lacking. "

"Women are not treated fairly and are overworked and underpaid. This is a male dominated company and women are not promoted as high up the ranks as men and as often as men. All officers are treated poorly by office personnel and the general manager. There is very little respect for women, even if you have a good background, and a higher education."
