"My internship at GAO Tek was a highly positive experience. I was able to take on the responsibility of an Asisstant Squad Leader, which involved managing and training other interns and mentoring new candidates. This role allowed me to significantly develop my organizational, leadership, and communication skills through activities like leading team meetings and coordinating with management. I truly appreciated the supportive management team and the excellent guidance they provided. The overall positive and encouraging work environment was conducive to continuous daily learning. Furthermore, I valued the opportunity to form strong, lasting friendships that made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, GAO Tek!"

"During my internship as an HR Partner (Recruitment), I gained valuable hands-on experience working across both the Human Resources and Business Development teams. This role allowed me to understand the strategic link between talent acquisition and organizational growth. I was involved in recruitment operations, team coordination, and cross-border collaboration, particularly supporting initiatives for the Malaysia and Indonesia teams. My performance and leadership potential during this internship led to my appointment as Assistant Platoon Leader, where I took on broader responsibilities in managing and supporting HR functions across both regions."

"My internship at GAO Tek has been a truly valuable and enriching experience. The team is incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to guide interns through new tasks. Although occasional manager changes can create brief adjustment challenges, it never overshadowed the overall positive environment. I gained a great deal of practical, hands-on knowledge that strengthened my skills and confidence. The managers I worked with were kind, approachable, and encouraging, making the workplace feel welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to learn and grow."

"Women who wanted to manage their jobs and household together, has a special privilege. As the company is offering remote internships which is really helpful to understand how remote jobs are done as well as they get a certificate without skipping anything from their daily routine."

"I would say that the experience can be valuable, especially for building international recruitment skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment. However, it’s important to be aware that the workload and expectations can be quite demanding for an intern, and clear communication about boundaries and capacity is essential. The multicultural setting is a strong advantage, but women should also ensure they feel supported, heard, and comfortable voicing concerns if anything feels overwhelming or unclear."
