"I am a military spouse who has been able to maintain my career remotely for more than a dozen years with GE and four years with GE Power. I've had two children while working here and had the flexibility to take all the time I needed to heal and bond after their birth. Through the years, I've also been encouraged to take the time I need for school pick up/drop off and homeschooling during the pandemic. My best advice is to be clear with your leaders and team about what you need and how you plan to accomplish your life and work goals."

"Path being constructed in GE Power to support and develop Women in Brazil. Great opportunities and diversity promotion inside the business, still few Women in the Board, but there actions in place to increase the numbers."
