"In the Power Division, very few women. For a few years, they had excellent women leaders, but they have all since gone, and not replace, and the pipeline for women has since dried up. After 25 years in the power business, it's gone back to a boys club, which is understandable since everyone is trying to survive the day. "

"GE has many affinity groups, including a local women’s network basked on your location, does lots of work in STEM for girls through “Girls Who Code,” and allow flexible schedules for working families. "
