"GE has a mission of having 50/50 men and women in all business and positions, also has a very strong sense of respect, no machismo is allowed (if so, you tell your ombudsman and they are going to investigate)."

"It's a great place with many strong female role models and a great culture where we help each other to succeed. There are exceptions in pockets anywhere, but hard not to find great people here."
