"this is great company, providing flexibility, remote work. One challenge though is to really have time off with family as we're always connected."

"This is a reviw for
GE Capital Corporation.
This is a very competitive company to work for. If you are not a type A personallity it may not be the right environment fo you. With that said I will say that all of the woman in senior leaders do particpate in a lot of mentoring as well as helping other woman move up the coroporate ladder."

"My current manager is all about work life balance. It is so refreshing. Having the flexibility to be able to balance this has been remarkable. It actually makes you work even harder as you don't want the perception to be that you are taking advantage of that flexibility. "
