"I don't feel my time off is counted. I feel like I am expected to accomplish my tasks but if I have something that I must do personally I feel like I can adjust my schedule to accomodate both. I don't feel like I work with a lot of women but I also don't feel like I am the only one."

"GE cares about gender diversity and is a good employer so I would recommend but I would also recommend that people spend the time to understand the values and leadership style of any particular manager and organization.
