"Great gender diversity polcity, and is strict on gender discrimination. There are management career path and technical career path. It is easier in the management role for women, and it is still difficult in the technical role. Women engineers are still constantly overlooked or spokenover when in meetings, when decisions are made, and when opportunities present. "

"Great company, great people. Many groups have flexibility with work hours and working from home. Permissive PTO approach is beneficial if you utilize it, although the policy is based on manager discretion. Initial starting pay is fair, but increases are not competitive with the market. Many women in leadership roles."

"The company is working very hard to be more friendly to working mothers. As we see more women entering that stage of their family, there are more and more mother's rooms opening."
