"There has been a lot of good policy improvement in the last few years (Maternity leave, milk on the move etc). There has also been a big media push to hire more female talent and 'balance the equartion' but it doesn't always seem that what is being said externally is being put into action internally. It doesn't really feel like the leaders are truly trying to change the traditionally male dominated culture. There are still VERY FEW women in non-HR, non-marketing, non-communications exec roles. "
