"Great benefits and flexibility. You have to want it though. Although many women leadership position, in comparison to others, there is still a gap in the technical side of leadership positions."

"I think flexibility is great, especially when compared to what I hear from other people in other companies. This has been the only company I have worked for, 13 years and counting. With that said, although there is a lot of flexibility, I still believe the expectations of AMOUNT of hours that are required to be successful is still very high."

"If you are looking for flexibility and work life balance this is the place to be, However, women do have to work harder and push harder to rise to leadership roles. Much harder than their male counterparts."

"I worked at Philips in South Africa. Maternity leave policy was 4 months 50% paid. Joined GE 6 months after return from maternity leave only to discover their leave policy was 4 months, full pay maternity leave. 2011."
