"GE does a pretty good job of catering to flexibility for its top performers. But for the rest of the 70%- I would say it is very job and manager dependent."

"People are great, support for women it tremendous, but you have to take your career aspirations into you own hands to make get to the next level."

"Be actively involved with your career, be proactive, learn everything you can, be independent as we do not have a culture of administrative support. you become a Jack of all Trades in addition to your role. "
