      "This was the only amt given 7 and 9yrs ago and couldn't afford to take additional 6 weeks unpaid, things have since changed which is great for new moms. I even did some work during my maternity leave to keep up and was asked to do some work and attend meeting before 6 weeks of first child, regret not pushing back and glad to see policies have since changed."

      "It has been a good place to be - and provided many opportunities along the way to do a lot beyond the traditional career I invisioned when I started. While we can all complain about the day to day experiences, when push comes to shove, it has been a good career. I would encourage my own children to consider GE."
