"Medical benefits and retirement has declined tremendously; Caters primarily to millennials (who are still on parents health plan), which is convenient for GE for it seems to prefer short time employment and little incentive to keep employees long time---thus little investment to the "care and feeding" of employees. "Very fast paced environment - but they offer flexibility in work hours, part time and have been very supportive. While the company offers this type of flexibility - your satisfaction with it will ultimately depend on your direct manager and his/her expectations. "
