"The sub-business that I'm in is mostly made up of STEM roles and is male dominated; however, the company as a whole is driving initiatives to get more women into the business and has a mandate for gender equality in the entry level leadership programs by 2020. It's a tough initiative, but I do give them kudos for it."

"For me it works fine, i like the people i work with, i have a great boss. But company excepts you to be reachable also during private time and on vacation, when you work in a higher function."

"many women working in the typical departments (HR, Marketing, Administration), high flexibility in terms of working schedules, many women work part-time, however they end up working longer than they have written in their contract."
