"I have had an incredible experience at my workplace. I came from a place that was not kind to women, was not flexible and was not supportive. I have found a totally different environment at GE and I am proud to be an employee here."

"GE Research - flexible for different ethnic /religious holidays, Permissive Time-Off for vacation, appointments, sick time etc. Flexible hours for start/end time for school children or elderly care, good time off for paternity leave and flexible when they can take it, so not necessarily when the baby is born but can be taken when parents leave and mom is now alone or when mom starts back to work, dad can take several weeks off during the transition."

"I work with a lot of female managers and staff, so from my perspective, there are a lot of opportunities for women. The fact that GE supports the fairygodboss organization and encourages us to participate in their teleconferences says a lot about the company's transparency and commitment to women's career advancement."
