"Very good benefits, especially regarding family leave when adding a new family member. Very supportive of life as a mother. We are making an effort to increase gender diversity."

"Some departments and people are more respectful of time zone differences than others. I feel like there should be exceptional cause to schedule a meeting for required attendees outside their local hours of 8AM-5PM. This should be some sort of company - managed, at least communicated, expectation."

"They are flexible when it comes to a salary position. For example you can work from home, and there is a permissive leave policy. In the center where I work there are a lot of female role models in senior positions."
