"There is a great network of women at this company, but in looking at the Senior Leadership ranks it is filled with white males. "

"It's a meritocracy, do better then the other person and make sure you market yourself and you can go pretty far. There are still 'things' you'll run into that might become roadblocks - that's where you need to have a great network."

"Most managers are willing to work with your schedule and be flexable. Being open and honest with them really helps. As long as you are performing at your best and getting your work done, they will work with you."
