"GE benefits such as "Permissive Approach" to paid time off and there is capability to work remote with flexible schedules. The paid parental/maternity leave is great, especially for new mothers. "

"Try to get involved with the Women's Network programs. If you did not go through one of the leadership programs, this may be your best bet to make connections to get ahead (if that is your goal)."

"If you are interested in work/life balance and the flexibility to have a family, this is a great company for you. But if you want to climb the corporate ladder, shatter the glass ceiling, it's going to be a daily battle. There are not enough women in leadership roles, and while the company is working internally to change this, it's slow moving. "
