"Struggles are real so having a company that promotes a network of working parents is great as we all have so much in common and sometimes just need to vent/talk/get advice. GE offers flexibility that so many companies don't - been thankful for this especially during differnt key milestones in life and they help me realize i just need to ask when i need help."
