"I've worked here for 7 years and in several different sub-businesses. Generally, the industrial businesses have way fewer women than businesses like healthcare or capital. Also, women are typically in HR or communications roles in those businesses. I have been in countless meetings with 10 or more people (sales, engineering, IT) and I was the only female. There is a strong Women's Network that puts on programs. There have been recent changes & promotions at the very top level of the company and there are a couple of women who are now CEOs of sub-businesses. Perhaps that will make some positive impact."

"Women going through leadership programs or hired into leadership roles can have a fulfilling career. All others will need to find outside opportunities to advance. Work/Life balance depends upon whom one reports to."

"It feels like a gender balanced environment, and in my experience, support of working moms. I am not one myself, so I can't say for sure."
