      "There is still a bit of the “good ol boys” club but culture really depends on which business/team you’re part of. Room for improvements on maternity leave benefits. "

      "The ability to work from home is great. However my maternity leave was egregiously mishandled, and I was given false information from HR and management about how I would be paid during leave. "

After inquiring, HR responded 6 days later saying they were wrong with the info they provided to me, no one took accountability or seemed to care. "

      "Make sure you're adequately compensated. I know men at lower levels than me, with the exact same background making 30% more. Once you're in, it's hard to get your pay adjusted."
