"The work is good, the pay stinks. 38 pages of things you have to do in order to get a promotion. This is based on whether you have good or bad parts. Each step is page full of things you have to do. Unfair and ridiculously set up. I believe they do this to keep pay down. I have been with this company for almost 3 years, I will retire next year I know I will not see one promotion before I retire. "
