"People you work with are incredibly smart, hardworking and supportive. Longer hours than average but accomplish a lot and you go places. It is also about who you know. Definitely politics here but again, if you do great work, you get noticed and more opportunities than others. Open to flexible work arrangements and other accommodations to make work and life work for you."

"GE demands a lot from it's employees, but rewards are common. I was challenged in my duties and responsibilities. If you are a slacker, this is not the company for you."
