"Great place for working moms, which is the only reason I'm still here. It could be my seniority (I've been here 17 years), but I've been able to adjust my schedule as needed when needed to manage being a working mom. My boss and team know that I'm good for getting the work done and still fully accessible even when I'm not in the office. Our team is primarily all women and we fully support each other."

"Fine until you get into senior leadership level. Can’t seem to embrace leadership at C Suite. "

"Lots of women working in various roles throughout the New York office but still man-heavy at the tip-top levels. There are sections that are definitely committed to gender diversity but actions speak louder than words and a majority of most senior and global leadership are men. "

"There are still a ton of overpaid and underqualified senior men at the organization. But the policies are strong and the people are wonderful. LOTS of women working here, but not a lot of moms with young kids."
"Strong female leadership. Many initiatives to empower and support women."
"Flexible, empowers women, siloed, at the mercy of our holding company at times. "

"I was laid off while pregnant, which they were aware of. I contemplated legal action but would have lost my medical coverage mid-pregnancy if I contested their separation package/circumstances. "

"There are quite a few women in leadership but more can be done. The will is there, but getting the programs in place is not always obvious. "

"Very collaborative and friendly environment. Overtime work happens and comes with flexible compensating hours. Salary is not so competitive."

"Hours are long and workload can be overwhelming. To keep up with client demands and responsibilities within the agency, your work week will require long days and investing time during your weekend in order to successfully keep up. Women generally speaking, outnumber men in the company but as you advance you will find women become fewer and further between in upper management roles. In fact, most leadership and C-level positions are occupied by men. It is also not unusual to see men with the same number of years in the industry get advanced more quickly than their women counterparts. Furthermore, it is frowned upon for anyone to limit the workday to the standard 8 hours. Making it especially hard for any parent, male or female, to balance family with a career here."
