"Great place for working moms, which is the only reason I'm still here. It could be my seniority (I've been here 17 years), but I've been able to adjust my schedule as needed when needed to manage being a working mom. My boss and team know that I'm good for getting the work done and still fully accessible even when I'm not in the office. Our team is primarily all women and we fully support each other."

"The maternity leave policy continues to improve year over year since I had my last maternity leave (6 years ago). If I was to take maternity leave today, I would have at least 14 weeks paid in full! Plus, I could come back part time to my same position. Length of time for both leave and returning part time are determined based on your years of employment (17 years for me)."

"Lots of women working in various roles throughout the New York office but still man-heavy at the tip-top levels. There are sections that are definitely committed to gender diversity but actions speak louder than words and a majority of most senior and global leadership are men. "

"Hours are long and workload can be overwhelming. To keep up with client demands and responsibilities within the agency, your work week will require long days and investing time during your weekend in order to successfully keep up. Women generally speaking, outnumber men in the company but as you advance you will find women become fewer and further between in upper management roles. In fact, most leadership and C-level positions are occupied by men. It is also not unusual to see men with the same number of years in the industry get advanced more quickly than their women counterparts. Furthermore, it is frowned upon for anyone to limit the workday to the standard 8 hours. Making it especially hard for any parent, male or female, to balance family with a career here."
