"I have 8 years experience in factory and refinery operations management and they won’t even hire me for a entry level position because I’m a female. I applied for a male with no experience no resume or anything and they hired him over my years of experience and qualifications. Need not apply being a qualified woman."

"Expect frequent changes in process, leadership, roles, etc. No maternity leave. Facilities at corporate are more friendly to women and non cis-men than facilities in other locations."
