"The ability to work from home at least 3 days a week is fantastic. I am able to be home more for my young boys. No more picking up my boys last from daycare after Gilead introduced GFlex."

"It is more of reactive environment. SO many times there is rush to fix things rather than finding long term solutions. This needs to change to proactive"

"Good work from home policy and understanding of needing to take time for family and health needs.
Men are consistently promoted and rewarded over women and very obvious it’s due to connections and culture vs performance.
Very poor maternity/parental leave - probably worst in sector with only 4 months paid lead."
