"Fantastic company that values diversity in all aspects and is extremely inclusive. The Women's resource group has over 7,000 members and has a full time employee dedicated to enhancing equity in opportunities and experiences for all. Being a member has proven to double the likelihood of having a mentor and has made a significant difference in employees feeling supported in their career growth."

"12 weeks paid leave and an optional additional 12 weeks of unpaid bonding leave. Gilead also offers a gradual return to work (eg 3 days a week) following any medical leave, including maternity leave if the employee wishes to return to work part-time for the first few months following the birth. This benefit is available to both men and women."
