"Gilead is such a great place to work as a woman. My manager is very supportive of me being a mother and allows me the flexibility needed. I work from home 3 days a week and sometimes will work evenings if I need to leave work early to pick up my kids from school. Gilead leaders put a lot of emphasis on inclusion and diversity and I really feel proud to work at such a wonderful company."

"Global roles are challenging because of the time zone challenges between US, Asia and Europe. US roles will have an easier time. It is also a meeting-heavy culture. That said, I've been almost exclusively WFH for the last 18 months which has been fantastic, esp given my global role. "
