"The culture is supportive but the people make it a top place of employment. Better than other places I have worked, my colleagues support the accomplishments of others and drive for development of newer associates. I see no difference in opportunity between men and women and expectations are high for all. While there's a drive for a company culture and consultant-driven, cross-functional alignment, it's done thoughtful as a motivator for change. Plus my boss is the best!"
